Shipping Practices and Policy

Shipping art is a delicate process. Shipping costs are listed on the product listing. I am currently only shipping within the United States.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The timeline for shipping original art is not a quick one, as pieces have to be retrieved from storage, prepared, and safely packaged. Typically, you can expect your piece to leave my studio within fourteen business days. Once a piece is with the shipping company, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. I cannot guarantee any specific timeframe for delivery (especially for international shipping) once it’s with the shippers, as it’s out of my control.

Return Policy

As a rule, no refunds are given for original art, commissions or print purchases. Shipping is difficult and expensive, so please ensure you’re certain of your decision prior to purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the state of the packaging, the label on the package, and the damage to the item, then email [email protected]. I’ll work with you to ship the piece back to me. Once in transit, you will receive a refund for the item, or can transfer the cost to a different piece.
